Missing Items

Please take inventory within 7-days of receiving your order and notify us right away if something is missing.

A packing slip will be included in the box. Please read the packing slip carefully and take inventory of what was received within 7-days.

Some items may be arriving in a second shipment. We ship our teacher materials from one warehouse, and most student materials from a second warehouse. Student materials may take longer to ship.

If you receive a shipment and something, please reach out to us. We want to make it right as soon as possible.
